    Had a great time with friends! Perfect spot for exploring the Royal Green Park and Buckingham Palace. The breakfast was fantastic and the location is spot on for shopping. Expect a vibrant atmosphere and easy access to top attractions.

    Unfortunately, the staff were somewhat dismissive when I asked for help, which was disappointing.

    The Collection Deluxe Room was spacious with a large dressing area and bathroom, providing a comfortable retreat. It's conveniently situated near the West End, making it easy to explore local attractions on foot.

    Check-in left much to be desired, with previous issues surfacing yet again upon arrival. The room itself lacked character and those little touches often expected in a 5-star experience—no coffee machine or extra amenities to make it feel special. Breakfast, while tasty, felt cramped in the bar area due to high volume, lacking a more intimate setting.
